WingStop is a great restaurant, being featured in one of our Christmas pictures. Why do we think this? Well... we'll tell you why.
Take a look at the fabulous morsel pictured above. These are the cheese fries, which are covered in an ooey-gooey sauce that taste like carnival nachos. When we first tried these, our taste buds were literally zinging with excitement! Even the fries on their own were flavorful, as they tasted a little sweet. But, if you want something even better, try the Louisiana Voodoo Fries. They're these, but with added ranch and cajun seasoning. They were really good, and I think you should get those if you are up for something more flavorful.
Now, let's take a look at the flavors of the wings we tried.
First, we tried the Atomic sauce. It's very spicy, but honestly, if you have their addictive ranch, then that won't be an issue. It was very wonderful getting to try this for the first time. Once again, our taste buds zinged throughout the whole way through.
The buffalo wings were great too, although they call it "Original Hot". It was actually better in overall flavor than the atomic wings, so if you ever get their wings, get this flavor. (You don't have to, but you know what I'm saying.) There is also a flavor called "Cajun", which is this, but with more of that cajun seasoning.
The Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan dry-rubs were great too, and while not being spicy, did indeed zing just as well as the other sauces did.
And the part everybody keeps bragging about, the ranch. Although it might seem addictive, it is a wonderful sauce that screams that you have to use it as a dip. It was the one of the crowning pieces of the meal, claimed as being "More addictive than crack". It is made with mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, and dry ranch seasoning. Simply put, it lives up to the hype.
And... even the Sprite was so good, that it tasted like A-grade candy.
But what about WingStreet? Are they any good? The answer is yes, but not as good as WingStop. As stated before, WingStop has zingy flavors, while WingStreet has good flavors. They have Honey BBQ, which WingStop doesn't even hold. WingStreet's ranch is also less addictive, so if you don't want to become a ranch addict, order wings from Pizza Hut. If you want to spend a few extra bucks and if you want to have more of a side variety, try WingStop. You won't regret it! (And if you do, that's totally fine.)
