The Best Fighting Game Ever: M.U.G.E.N

So, you've read the post title. "What the heck is a M.U.G.E.N?!", you might be wondering. Well, we've got the answer. M.U.G.E.N is a fighting game that is developed by Elecbyte that is notable for having many fighters, from franchises such as Darkstalkers, Persona 5, Homestar Runner, Marvel, Family Guy, The Simpsons, and much much more!

Where the heck to even begin? This game is loads of fun! With thousands upon thousands of characters to choose from, you can start a pretty hefty roster of fighters! You can have wild and crazy battles with this format, such as Homer Simpson and Peter Griffin fighting against Fat Albert and Homsar in Video Mayhem from Sonic.VIDEO!

There are many modes to choose from, such as Arcade and Versus Mode, like usual in most fighting games. But that's not all! There's also Team Arcade and even a mode where you fight against as much fighters as possible called Survival. You can even get AI to fight battles for you in Watch mode!

And you might be asking to yourself, "Why does John Tvs think that M.U.G.E.N out of all fighting games is the best?". Well, you naturally don't have to agree with our views, so we (and you) can have our own! Back to the point.

Anyways, this fighting game is the best (in our opinion) because if you are a fan of any franchise, chances are, they have a M.U.G.E.N character or stage made of it. If you like Samurai Pizza Cats (for some reason) you can play as them. If you really enjoy South Park, why not play as Eric Cartman? And even then, look at the stages. There are many stages, some excellently crafted to just screenshots, but what all matters is the fact that they are all crafted by fans. You see, there's nothin' wrong with big corporations making fighting games, (or any games really) but Nintendo won't put SpongeBob in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Warner Bros. won't put Bugs Bunny in Mortal Kombat. So who's gonna do it? The fans can in M.U.G.E.N!

Many fans (including myself and others) have also made M.U.G.E.N Wishlists. These are where you can write out what characters you want in the game, and chances are, somebody's gonna make a character out of it! We have one here for any of you ambitious M.U.G.E.N programmers out there lookin' for ideas!

So, what do we think of this game? We absolutely really enjoy it! It's a fun game with many characters, stages, and an endless amount of customization that makes it probably the best fighting game of all time. (At least in our book!)
