(Some Of) Our Favorite Animals (& Why We Like Them)

Before this blog post starts, we'd like to announce a few things about where things are going right now for the channel.

First off, it has been announced numerous times that Workin' Stiff and Friends will return in shorter episodes. And yes, that will be happening. However, we are having a hard time figuring out if we should use FilmoraGo (the old version) or CapCut to bring it back. Vote on this poll to see which option you prefer! There will also be a ton of new characters added, too!

Next, Bonzi Reads will return soon, and it's gonna be great! As of now, BonziBUDDY has only read Earth & Mars, Pathos, and Trance, the first 3 chapters of The NES Godzilla Creepypasta. This reading is going to be much different from other readings of the story, as Melissa has been replaced with somebody else, and some other things have been changed, including the usage of swear words, which have been replaced with common interjections (...because our values have changed significantly since then).

Next, JT Plushies: The Final Stitch has been delayed due to the fact that the Yusuke Kitagawa plush has gone missing somewhere, and that we need to go look for it. In the meantime, more JT Plushies videos will come out soon.

Lastly, most of our new videos are going to be in 8K!

That is right, folks! The reasoning as to why we are doing thisis simple: We wanna make sure our videos look good. That still means that our content will be low-quality, though.

If you want more information about these things, click on this link. You didn't want to read this, though! You wanted to read about some animals, didn't you? Well... here it is!

Animals; they are a fundamental part of our universe, made to roam the earth, the seas, and the skies. For months, we have looked at numerous different kinds of animals to make characters for Moral Beaver's Road Trip, an animated series that will debut on Joe Reuben Cartoons. Since then, our appreciation for the natural world has sky-rocketed, and now, we are finally realizing that you can have fun in nature, and not just in the "world"of animation. However, there is a big question to ask, which is, "What are our favorite animals?". Almost all of them are in the free wallpaper above (which was made in PixelLab), but what about the ones that we didn't include? And most importantly... why do you like these animals? All of these questions and more will be answered below, Let's start with the most common animal group... mammals.

The platypus is our most favorite mammal, due to it practically being an amalagation of all types of animals (...except for ones found in the deep-sea). It looks like a combination of an otter and a beaver with the head of a duck, webbed feet like a frog, and male ones have venom like a snake. Along with that, this animal can only be found in the far-out parts of Australia and the San Diego Zoo in the United States of America, due to it being illegal to export outside of the U.S. (because of the male platypus' venom).\

Some other mammals that we like include the ring-tailed lemur, the Sumatran orangutan, the Japanese Bobtailed cat, the pygmy hippo, the long-tailed pangolin, the three-banded armadillo, and the orca due to the lemur practically being a hybrid of common mammals and a monkey, the orangutan being incredibly human-like and somewhat athletic, the Japanese Bobtail Cat due to it being the basis of Maneki-neko statues, the pygmy hippo because of the fact that it is a small hippo that looks like a pig, the long-tailed pangolin and the three-banded armadillo forlooking very reptile-like in overall appearance, and the orca because it doesn't really resemble a mammal at all; but rather a fish.

Next, let's talk about birds. In terms of birds, our favorite one is the black barn owl.

Why? Well, like all of the birds that we like, this one has beautiful colors, having a brown face, and having a dark indigo-colored body. Barn owls are also known to help humans with mice and other pests at times, and this kind only has about a 1 in 10,000 chance of being born! Wow!

We also like blue jays, red and green macaws, blue fairy penguins, and mandarin ducks, due to their beautiful colors and unique characteristics.

Next is our favorite kind of animal: reptiles! As for our favorite one, it would be the panther chameleon.

Panther chameleons are known for their stripes, their big eyes, and for their unusual eyes. They can also change color to show their current mood and to blend in with their surroundings.

Of course, we do like other reptiles as well, such as the Yacare Caiman, a crocodile look-alike that has more lizard-like features and being smaller than crocodiles and alligators. We also like the western skink due to its colorful body, and the komodo dragon for looking like a dinosaur. Additonally, the mexican mole lizard has only two limbs, and kind of looks like a worm.

Next up are amphibians. As for these, our favorite one is the blue poison dart frog due to it having a unique blue coloration. Outside of that, though, there are not much else amphibians that we do like simply because of the fact that they are objectively too similar to reptiles. The marbled salamander is also one of our favorite amphibians due to its unique coloration and body shape.

After this, we get into fish. We like pretty much like all fish, but in terms of actual fish, the main one that comes to mind is the common seadragon.

The common sea-dragon is a relative of the seahorse, and has a very similar body shape to that of an actual dragon; it has "wings" on its back, large frontal fins, and even a dragon-like head.

Of course, we do like two other specific kinds of fish; one is the anglerfish simply because of its light that is attached to its head, and the fact that the females are actually the dominant ones. The great hammerhead shark is a unique kind of shark that has a "hammer-shaped" head.

Now, it's time for the cephalopods. We like all of them, but the chambered nautilis is the one that we are showcasing here simply because it has a unique design and it is called "a living fossil".

Crustaceans are very strange animals. They are like a fusion of bugs and fish, and our favorite ones are land crabs, giant isopods, and barnacles. Land crabs are smaller than most crabs, but they come in a lot of fancy colors. Giant Isopods are like pill bugs, and barnacles are simply their own thing. When they are born, they can freely move around, but when they get older, they must find something to latch onto, or else they will die. They also extend their feeding tentacle to mate with other barnacles! Weird.

The next animal group that we are going to talk about  is bivalves. All clams are fancy, but the maximum clam takes the fancy cake, due to its large mouth, which contributes to its unique appearance.

Last but not least are insects. We saved these for last because many people do not like insects, like flies, cockroaches, or even bees. However, we do like a few insects ourselves, like this blue tiger moth, for example.

I mean, just look at it. It has light blue/dark blue fur, a small stature, and of course, it also has big eyes. I know most insects are pests, but take some time to look at the following insects (the European field cricket, the ivory millipede, Egyptian dung beetle, the Cuban painted snail and the bald-faced hornet). Even though some of these are dangerous, their appearances will make you wonder what's been cookin' up in the grand scheme of things, if you know what I mean.

And there you have it folks! Our most favorite animals have finally been shown to you! You may be asking yourself, "John Tvs, do you like all animals?", and the answer is a big, fat "Yes!", because all animals are designed differently, and have unique characteristics to them. We made this article for one reason: To help people appreciate the natural world more. The artifical world of technology is attractive to us a lot  of the time, so much so, to where it can drive us off-course whenever we have some important things to do. Trust me, folks, I have had to be humbled over the course of a few months all because I have goofed off and looked at technology all day.

We are gonna go on a hiatus with these articles and our videos for a little while, so... we'll see you later! We just gotta get back to work, if you know what I mean.

Bye, now!
